Why it happens
OpenAI refused the request because Rabt's account there reached its usage or billing limit. This is not about your wallet balance, and nothing was charged to it.
What to do
Send these details to Rabt support. The Rabt team must raise the OpenAI account's limit. Meanwhile tickets and calls go to your team members.
